CATERING SERVICES

FULL SERVICE: The price per person includes all food & service goods for your guests (excluding specialty items), linens, chafing dishes, & serving utensils. Fees for servers are based on one server for every 25 guests at a rate of $25.00 per server, per hour. Charge time is based on party time plus two hours (set up & breakdown). A suggested gratuity is included in the catering contract. There is a 15 person minimum required for full service catering.

SET UP SERVICE: Staff members will arrive one hour prior to party time, set up and return after the party to pick everything up. There is a one time charge of $85.00 for lunch and $100.00 for dinner. A suggested gratuity is included in the contract. This service is not recommended for more than 50 people.

"NO FRILLS" SERVICE: Our "No Frills" service is available for in store pick up or delivery. Food will be securely packaged in disposable containers. Disposable cutlery & paper goods will be included. Disposable serving utensils are available upon request. A delivery fee will apply depending on the length of delivery time. A suggested gratuity is included in the contract.
